Birthday Parties at West Valley Gymnastics School

When:

Saturday evenings and all day on Sunday.

All parties are 90 minutes in length, which includes 50 minutes of gymnastic fun and games and 40 minutes of party time.

  • Invitations with map and permission slip for all guests

  • Refrigerator and Freezer
  • A special gift for the Birthday child!

Need to Know Info:

  • Children should wear athletic clothing that is comfortable to move in and have bare feet.
  • Please leave jewelry and other items at home.
  • NO ONE is allowed back on the equipment once the gymnastic portion of your party is over
  • Adults are not allowed on the equipment at any time.

You Supply:

  • The Birthday child and guests
  • All guest need a permission slip signed by their own parent!
  • Name tags- No clip-on or pin-on name tags
  • 3 table cloths
  • Paper goods
  • Refreshments
  • Candles and matches
  • No alcohol, please
  • Ask your guests to arrive 5 minutes early and please be prompt when picking up their children.

Party fees for children ages 3 - 12

  • $160.00
  • 1 - 10 children
  • 1 coach
  • $230.00
  • 11 - 20 children
  • 2 coaches
  • A $90.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of reserving your party date.
  • Balance is payable to your party coach in cash on the day of the party. Please pay this balance before the start of your party. Sorry, no checks.
