Mark Young

Mark began gymnastics at an early age, going on to compete at San Jose State in the mid-seventies. He also began coaching at the age of 16, going on to buy WVGS in 1981. Mark has coached hundreds of competitions, including Pan Am Games, 2 World Championships and 2 Olympic Games. He was the personal coach of Olympic Gold and Silver medalist Amy Chow. In his free time Mark is an avid skier, biker and technical rock climber.
